Chef Alessio, born in a small village in the Dolomites in northern Italy, has over 20 years of experience working in some of the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, including in Europe, and Japan.
His travels and experiences have inspired his cooking, and he has brought his unique blend of Italian cuisine and local ingredients to Si Dining

Best restaurant in Da Nang with possibly the best Italian wine list in Southeast Asia. Been travelling around the region for a few years and the somm here blew me away. Pairs perfectly with this (northern?) Italian/local products kind of fusion food they have going on. And with the menus rotating so frequently, you can never get bored. A must when visiting Da Nang.
