Our Chef, Alessio Rasom, draws inspiration from his Michelin-starred experience and passion for cooking to create dishes that are fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. Our Philosophy

At Si Dining, we take special care to use only the highest quality, imported ingredients, and our menu changes daily to reflect the unexpected seasonal changes of nature at the traditional market. Wine pairings are also available, and our Chef has personally hand-picked a selection of high-quality wines to perfectly complement each dish. The food was splendid, there are not enough words that can express the amount of detail and flavor in the meal. The meal was more than just a meal, it was art and a masterpiece. The service and atmosphere were above and beyond. This restaurant painted me a new and more broad picture of Italian cuisine.

This is the place to be if you like gourmet food in a beautiful designed ambience. You can choose between a set menu or a la carte. The service is very friendly and attentive. They introduce the dished and how you will get it served. Gin and tonic was served in a nice highball glass and the mixture was well-adjusted.

It's a fantastic choice for western food in Da Nang. The staff were very friendly and they did their best to give good service. We were 4 people and the food was good overall. The staff did a fantastic job and they offered some extra treet since we were celebrating a birthday.
