Our Story
Inspired by Nature, Perfected by Craft
At Si Dining, we believe that good food is rooted in freshness, respect for local producers, and genuine passion. We craft every dish with care, blending Italian tradition with Vietnam’s vibrant flavors. Our goal is to create a warm, intimate space where guests can enjoy high-quality cuisine, and leave with a memorable experience of hospitality and culture.
Alessio Rasom
Chef Alessio was born in the Italian Dolomites, surrounded by family bakers and chefs. After working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe (Mirazur, Le Bristol) and interning in Kyoto, he met his wife, Binh, in Peru. They moved to Paris, where he started to explore bold Asian flavors. In 2021, after an epic 18,000 km bike trip from Paris to Vietnam, he settled in Đà Nẵng. Now, he runs the popular Si Dining (Đà Nẵng) and father of two wonderful little girls.
Trinh - the Sommelier
Born in Đà Nẵng, Trinh’s curiosity and love for service led her to hospitality. After graduating in Tourism Management, she honed her skills in some top restaurants, rising quickly through hard work and leadership. Now Restaurant Manager at Si Dining, she ensures unforgettable guest experiences while training her team. Holding the WSET Level 3 Award, she’s also a shareholder at A&U Restaurants. Beyond her career, Trinh is a proud mom to a beautiful 4-year-old girl - balancing ambition with joy. Her journey blends professionalism, warmth, and a relentless drive to excel.
